How do I change the access someone has to my portfolio?
To change a user's access to your portfolio, navigate through the Menu to 'Portfolio settings'. Via 'Access Management' you can grant individual users access to your portfolio and find an overview of all locations involved in the portfolio. Here you can change the access rights per person or organization.
Click on Add People to give a user access to your portfolio who has not yet been added. Then click here on the appropiate organization and find the user.
You can also change the access of an organization or user already added to your portfolio:
Set the slider on the right to green if you want to give the person access
Set the slider on the right to gray if you want to deny the person access
