Import parts of Reconcept EPA Portfolio

Copy data from an (old) Reconcept EPA Portfolio to your current portfolio. To do so, click on Transfer items from another Reconcept EPA Portfolio. Here you see an overview of the data from your old portfolio and you can choose which items to include in your current portfolio.

Import parts of another portfolio system

Have you worked with another portfolio system before? With some systems (EPASS, Medbook) you can transfer your portfolio to Reconcept EPA . Download your old portfolio as a .zip file and upload it to Reconcept EPA . There is a separate step for this during the portfolio onboarding, but it's also possible through this way:

Log in to a laptop or computer (Note: not via the app!)

Open your portfolio and go to Portfolio Settings

Click on Import old portfolio

Upload your .zip file

It may be that not all assessments are in the rights place in the Reconcept EPA Portfolio right away. You may first need to categorize these items in your portfolio.
