What do I do if a portfolio owner continues with another program?

If a portfolio owner has completed his/her previous program and is moving on to the next program, then first of all one can deactivate the portfolio of the previous program (Read how to do this at Temporarily deactivate portfolio). From the deactivated portfolio the owner can still take assessments to his new Reconcept EPA portfolio. Depending on the further education the user will get a new portfolio, this can be created by the organization where the user will do his/hers further education.

Also if the user is doing an program that does not have a portfolio in Reconcept EPA , the portfolio of the prior course can be deactivated. The user can then still export his/her portfolio, should it be needed. Read more about this at Export portfolio
