What do I do with external reviewers?
As a support staff member, you only add new users who have a role in your organization. In fact, when you add someone, you only add him/her to your organization. This new user then also sees the other users and portfolios in the organization.
For external reviewers the portfolio owner can invite them by e-mail. You do not need to add these reviewers to the organization, otherwise the external reviewer will also see the other portfolios in the organization when that is not necessary. It may also be that the external reviewer already has an account in another organization, then the portfolio owner can give the external reviewer's department access as an individual until the review is approved. This does not require any action on your part as a support staff member.
