Why do I see an error message in the app?
We regularly release new versions of Reconcept to ensure the platform works as well as possible. You won't notice this on the website because these updates happen automatically. The app on your phone sometimes needs time to be updated to the latest version (and depending on your personal settings on your phone, this might only happen manually). When the version on your device is older than the online version, you may sometimes get an error message. If you receive such a message, it is a good idea to first check if the app is updated. You can do this by opening the Play Store or App Store. Search for the Reconcept app and see if an update is available. If so, click the update button to install the latest version.
If you still receive an error message after that, report it to our support team so we can solve the problem.
