Collecting learning activities for skills

In Reconcept, feedback and assessment forms can be linked directly to one or more skills. This ensures that learning activities are immediately visible as evidence of the development of the learner, making the contribution to the growth process transparent.

Available forms per skill

The available forms may vary depending on the type of skill. For instance, specific forms are intended exclusively for assessing technical procedures, while other forms have a more general character and can therefore be used for a wide range of skills.

Linking and viewing learning activities

You can link any feedback or assessment form to at least one skill. Once this is done, the form appears on the detail page of that specific skill. You can find it in the chronological overview under the learning activities tab. In addition to standard forms, it is also possible to link other activities or documents, such as proof of a completed course or e-learning.

On the detail page of a skill, all relevant items are grouped together under the learning activities tab. This overview contains not only the feedback and assessment forms, but also formal certificates of entrustment, CCC-meetings, and other linked activities.

Displaying narrative feedback

The learning activities overview can be used to quickly view narrative feedback without opening each form individually. An icon of a speech bubble is located at the top right of the table. By clicking this, the recorded positive points and points for improvement are displayed directly below each assessment form in the list.

Additional information

Finding activities

Regardless of the link to a skill, all learning activities can always be found centrally on the All learning activities page.

Linking to multiple skills

Depending on the settings of a specific form, it may be possible to link it to multiple (types of) skills simultaneously. In that case, the assessment serves as evidence on the detail pages of all selected skills.

The link between a form and a skill can only be changed as long as the form has not yet been finalized. Once the form has been approved, it is no longer possible to change its placement within the portfolio.
