When you start your program a portfolio will be created for you in the organization where you are in the training program. You will automatically receive an email with which you can start using your account and portfolio. With your own portfolio you record your learning activities and make your learning process visible.
With the following three steps you activate your portfolio:
Go to the activation email and click on the link
Go through the steps to get your account in use
Download the Reconcept EPA Portfolio App
You will receive an email from us with an activation link. Through this link you activate your account and go through the onboarding. In the onboarding you set the following important things:
A password. You use the password to log in to new devices. You don't have to log in every time.
A Pin. we use a personal PIN that acts like a digital signature and as an additinal security measure when inactivity occurs . You can choose your own 5 digit code. Remember your pin well!
Give access to affected persons. You can link your supervisors who will provide you with feedback.

After you get your account in use, you can log in at https://portfolio.reconcept.nl
We also have an app called Reconcept Portfolio! With the App you can demonstrate what experience you have gained and collect feedback on the work floor. Supervisors can see at a quick glance in the app what your competence levels are and they can leave feedback right on your phone with their PIN. The app can be used on iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. You can find the app by searching the Apple Appstore or Google Play Store for Reconcept Portfolio.
Please note: You can only log into the app after you inactived your account through the activation email.

It is also possible to import an old portfolio.
Finished with the onboarding? Request for onboarding approval from your primary supervisor. Has your primary supervisor approved the onboarding? Then the levels are confirmed and you can start using your portfolio.
