How do I add someone who already has an account?
Users in Reconcept can have multiple roles in different organizations. It is not desirable for one person to have multiple accounts. If you try to add a user that we already recognize based on email address or BIG number, this will happen automatically.
Preventing duplicate accounts
Because medical professionals often change organizations, they may already have an account with Reconcept under an email address from a previous employer. To prevent duplicate accounts, it is wise to first check if this is the case. You can then use the email address linked to the existing account, or ask the user to first change the email address to your organization's address. If a duplicate account is unexpectedly created, please have the user contact our support desk so they can merge the accounts.
