Users in the organization
The Users in this organization overview in user management shows which users in your organization have a content-related role. This overview is the foundation for managing all active accounts within your department or training group.
Overview and account status
In the overview, you can see the name and role(s) of a user. Additionally, the date the account was created is displayed. To promote data security, you can also see here whether users have set up two-step verification for their account. We recommend encouraging users who have not yet done so to complete this setup.
If a user has not yet used the received activation email to start using their account, you will see this reflected in the overview. You can then easily send them a reminder to activate their account.
Searching and filtering
When an organization has many users, you can filter this overview by specific roles or search directly by name to quickly find the right person.
Adding users
From this overview, you can add a new user to the organization using the Add user button. Here you follow the steps to assign a person a suitable organization role, after which they can gain access to learners' portfolios.
Removing users
It is possible to remove multiple users from the organization at once. You do this by selecting the relevant persons and clicking the Remove users from organization button.
