Transferring a portfolio to another organization
As an administrator, you can transfer a user's portfolio to another organization or from another organization to yours. This ensures that costs are billed to the correct location.
Taking over management of a portfolio
When you add an existing learner to the organization and this person already has a portfolio, you can take over management of the portfolio at that time. Billing will then be assigned to your organization. For an existing user in the organization, you can do this by clicking on the user in the overview. You will then see an overview of active portfolios. If the portfolio is currently managed by another organization, you will see the option to take over billing.
Transferring billing to another organization
If you want to move billing to another organization, you must submit a request. To do this, go to the relevant user and select Transfer billing. Next, choose an organization and provide an explanation if necessary. Administrators of the selected organization will receive a notification and can approve or reject the request in their own user management. You can only choose from organizations that have contractual agreements with Reconcept for that specific type of portfolio.
Status of requests and reminders
On the main page of User Management, you will find an overview of all your outstanding requests and received requests for takeover. If you have previously made a request that has not yet been accepted, you can use the Send reminder button to send another notification to the relevant administrators.

Administrator notifications
Administrators receive notifications about requests to take over the billing of portfolios. If you do not wish to receive these, you can change this in your personal notification settings.
