What is the difference between User Management and Access Management?

The user management of your organization is not the same as the accessible portfolios you see on your dashboard.

• In the user management of an organization, you see all Reconcept users who have a role in the organization. Based on the role in the organization, they can gain access to a portfolio with the associated permissions and insights that come with the role. Access to a portfolio is in the hands of the portfolio owner.
• On your dashboard, you see all the portfolios to which you have access. Access to a portfolio is in the hands of the portfolio owner. You see all users on your dashboard who have personally granted you access to the portfolio.
