When does the reference date fall?

As an organization administrator (such as support staff memeber or (primary) supervisor) you have the option to receive emails about invoicing or acquisition of portfolios. Should you not want to receive these notifications, you can then turn it off. If a user already has an account on Reconcept EPA , it is recognized by the email adress. You then add the existing account to your organiztion and this user thus gets an additional role. A user therefore always keeps one account. Different roles and protfolios can be attached to one account. Multiple account on the same owner is not desirable. As a support staff member, you only add new users who have a role in your organization. In fact, when you add someone, you only add him/her to your organization. This new user then also sees the other users and portfolios in the organization. For external reviewers the portfolio owner can invite them by e-mail. How do I log in without access to my old email address?
You may have changed employers or positions. In such cases your email address often changes as well. In this case, you can still log into Reconcept EPA with your old email address or your backup email address and password. After you are logged in, you can change your email address through the account settings. How do I request a review from a supervisor without an account?
Basically, supervisors need a Reconcept EPA account to contribute to your portfolio. Organization administrators can create these accounts for their employees free of charge. It is convenient if supervisors have a Reconcept EPA account, as this allows them to easily contribute to the portfolio and supervise all forms. It is also possible to invite supervisors without an account by email for certain topics (such as a formative assessment or OSATS).
