Overview of Skills and Levels

For each type of skill in a portfolio, a specific menu item is available, such as EPAs, which directs you to a central overview page. On this page, you will find all active skills for the specific portfolio along with the current entrustment level of the learner.

Organization and levels

The displayed skills are categorized according to the structure of the training program. For each skill, the current entrustment level is shown. This level reflects the data recorded in the most recent certificate of entrustment.

Viewing details

From this overview page, you can click through to the detail page of a specific skill. This detail page provides a comprehensive overview of the development and all experience gained by the learner regarding that specific item.

Additional information

Visibility of subjects

The overview only displays skills that are currently active for the portfolio. In some cases, it is possible to select additional optional subjects in the portfolio settings.
