Personal details overview

An overview of the shared personal details and additional documents of the learner can be found in the portfolio. This section provides immediate insight into the basic information and important background documentation relevant to the training.

Viewing personal details

The Personal details page contains the primary identifying information of the learner. Here you can find the name, the primary email address, and potentially the BIG-number. These details ensure that the learner is correctly identified within the system and that proper links to professional registrations are visible.

Adding documents

In addition to the standard information, there is room for supplemental data. The learner has the option to add general documents here, such as a CV. This allows for a more complete overview of the professional background and development of the learner.

Additional information

Availability across environments

The overview of personal details and documents is currently only available in the web environment. It is not yet accessible in the mobile app.

Updating information

Personal details such as the name and email address can only be changed by the user themselves. These adjustments must be made within their own account settings rather than on the portfolio overview page.
