What do I do when someone completes their training?
When a learner finishes their training, they may start working as an assessor within the same organization or within another organization. Below is a description of what you as an administrator can do for both situations.
The learner becomes an assessor in the same organization
In this case, the portfolio must be finalized, and the role must be changed from Learner to Assessor (or similar roles, depending on your organization).

The learner becomes an assessor in another organization
In this case, the user must be removed from the current organization, which automatically finalizes the portfolio. Subsequently, the other organization can add this person as an assessor.
