Why can't I see a user on my dashboard?

The user management of the department is not the same as the access you see on your dashboard.

• In the user management of a department, administrators see all Reconcept users who have a role in your organization. Based on this role, they can gain access to a portfolio with the associated permissions and insights belonging to that role, but this actual access is granted by the portfolio owner.
• On your dashboard and in My roles you see the portfolios to which you personally have been granted access. You see all users on your dashboard who have given you access to the portfolio.
