I can no longer access my old email address. Now what?
It may happen that you have changed employers. In that case, your email address often changes as well, and you may no longer be able to access your old email address. In this case, you can still log in to Reconcept with your old email address or your backup email address and password. You can then change your email address via account settings.
If you have forgotten your password but do have a backup email address (often a personal email address), you can reset your password. You will also receive the email to do this on your backup email address. If it really doesn't work, you can contact us. Mention your old email address in the email, possibly with your BIG number, and the new email address you want to link your account to. For security reasons, we will only change your email address to an address linked to a healthcare institution known to us (so no private email addresses).
