Multi Source Feedback

The portfolio contains an overview of all Multi Source Feedback rounds. You can start a Multi Source Feedback round to conduct an anonymous evaluation among various individuals.

Starting a new round

The portfolio owner, educator, or support staff can start a Multi Source Feedback round. When starting the round, you specify the period the assessment covers. This ensures respondents understand the context of their feedback.

Invoking respondents

You can invite various types of people for a Multi Source Feedback round. We distinguish between medics, nurses, patients, and other assessors. The questionnaires they receive differ slightly depending on the relevance of the questions to their role. You invite respondents by entering their email address. They do not need a Reconcept account for this. They will receive an email with a link that leads directly to the assessment form.

Completing a self-assessment

The portfolio owner can complete a self-assessment within a Multi Source Feedback round so they can compare the received results with their own self-image.

Closing the round and viewing results

When enough responses have been received, you can close the Multi Source Feedback round. The results then become visible in an anonymized report. This report includes all written feedback and the average score per closed question. You can filter this overview by respondent type.

Additional information

Adding external assessments

If you have received a Multi Source Feedback round from another system, you can also add it on the Multi Source Feedback page under Multi Source Feedback rounds from other systems.

Anonymity and thresholds

To close a round, at least three respondents are required, with a minimum of two per respondent category to ensure participant anonymity. If you are unable to collect two evaluations in a specific category, you may withdraw all invitations in that category and proceed to close the assessment.

Linking to learning goals

The portfolio owner can link a Multi Source Feedback round to Personal goals, so that it becomes visible in the history of that learning goal.

Deleting a running round

A Multi Source Feedback round can be deleted as long as it is active. All invitations will then be withdrawn and the results received up to that point will be deleted.
