What do I do if someone continues with another training program?

If a portfolio owner has completed their preliminary training and is advancing to an additional training program, you must first deactivate the portfolio for the preliminary training. If the user continues with a training program that also uses Reconcept, the new portfolio can be created by the department where the user will be doing the follow-up training. The portfolio owner can then copy components from the old portfolio into the new portfolio.

If the user is doing a follow-up training program where Reconcept is not used, they can export the portfolio to store it elsewhere.
