Interviews
The learner's portfolio allows for the recording of various interview reports, such as progress reviews. This provides a central overview of agreements made and professional development throughout the residency or training.
Overview of interviews
In the Interviews section, you can find all the interviews that have been recorded in the portfolio. There are various types of interviews available, which are generally divided into two categories: period interviews and other interviews. Period interviews are specifically linked to one of the periods (or rotations) in the portfolio and can be assessed by users with the Supervisor role. Who is permitted to assess other interviews depends on the setup of the portfolio type; in many cases, this is the program director.
Linking to learning goals and profiles
Interviews can be linked to personal learning goals and profiles. When this is done, the interview reports will automatically appear in the history on the detail page of that specific subject. In some interview forms, the current personal learning goals are evaluated directly. Read more about this in the Personal Goals section.
Adjusting the duration of training
In specific interview forms, an adjustment to the duration of the training can be recorded, for example, if the learner moves through the program faster or slower than planned. After the interview form has been signed by the relevant parties, this change is immediately processed in various overviews, including the timeline of the training.
Starting a CCC-meeting
It is possible to start a CCC-meeting directly from an interview. Read more about the Clinical Competence Committee in the Skills chapter.
Additional information
Scheduling interviews by support staff
Users with the Supporter role have the ability to prepare and schedule interviews for other users. This allows an interview to be planned in advance within the learner's portfolio.
