Portfolio access management
Your portfolio is not just visible to others. It is important to know that as a portfolio owner you manage who has access to your portfolio. In the access management you can see who has access to your portfolio and their access rights. Under Access management you can see all the locations involved in your portfolio. Organizations will appear here automatically when you create a residency in the relevant organization. Before the start of your residency you can grant the training group access here. You will receive a reminder two weeks before the start of each residency. You can also manually grant a organization access. If necessary, deny access to the entire organization; be aware that no one in that department will be able tSome readersGranting access
Add a user via the Access management page, so that this supervisor can contribute to your portfolio. As portfolio owner you are in control of how many permissions and viewing rights a user has in your portfolio. If you add a user via access management in your portfolio, this user will have default access rights. However, as described above, there are different permissions per role and degrees of viewing rights. As a portfolio owner you can change these permissions and viewing rights of a supervisor. By organization you can see the different users involved in your portfolio. Are you missing an organization or a person who does need access? Add that person via the Add people button. A user gets default access to your portfolio based on his/her role, but as portfolio owner you can customize this access and deviate from the default per-role access rights. You can grant or revoke additional permissions. The different levels of access are:Some readers

Export portfolio
Create an export of your portfolio to receive all your data togheter in a file. In your portfolio, navigate through the black menu on the left to Portfolio setting and to the Export portfolio tab. Click on Send me an export. You will receive a copy of all the forms and attachments you have added to your portfolio by email. In addition, you will receive all data in an Excel file. This file can be read by another portfolio system.Some readers(De)activate portfolio
Complete portfolio When your portfolio is completed, only you have access to it. You can view the portfolio for 5 years after the completion. You can no longer receive assessments or feedback after completion, so do not deactivate your portfolio when you have yet to receive assessments. The portfolio can be reactivated within 5 years after deactivation. Import parts of Reconcept EPA Portfolio Copy data from an (old) Reconcept EPA Portfolio to your current portfolio. To do so, click on Transfer items from another Reconcept EPA Portfolio. Here you see an overview of the data from your old portfolio and you can choose which items to include in your current portfolio.
